UNITY MARKETING — TERMS OF SERVICE
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Unity Marketing application and the services provided by Unity Services Marketing Ltd through app.unitymarketing.io.
1. INTRODUCTION
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Unity Marketing application, website, and automation services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Unity Services Marketing Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Unity Marketing provides managed social media content automation for creators and brands. Our Service includes automated video content creation, production, and publishing to third-party social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube on behalf of our clients ("Creators").
Our content automation workflow includes topic research and development, script generation and review, AI-assisted voiceover production using licensed voice profiles, video scene production and compositing, caption and music integration, and scheduled or on-demand publishing to connected social media accounts via official platform APIs.
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY
To use our Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
4. SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNT AUTHORISATION
To enable content publishing, you must authorise the Unity Marketing application to access your social media accounts through each platform's official authorisation process (such as TikTok Login Kit). By granting this authorisation, you permit us to upload and publish content to your connected accounts as part of the Service. You retain full ownership of your social media accounts at all times. You may revoke access to any connected platform at any time through that platform's settings or by contacting us directly. Revoking access will stop all future automated publishing to that account.
5. CONTENT OWNERSHIP AND LICENSING
All content created through the Unity Marketing application on your behalf, including scripts, voiceovers, and video productions, is created for your use as part of the Service. You grant us a licence to produce, store, and publish content to your connected social media accounts for the purpose of delivering the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that any materials, brand assets, or direction you provide to us do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
6. AI-GENERATED CONTENT
Our Service uses artificial intelligence tools for voiceover generation, video production, and content creation. AI-generated content is produced using licensed tools and voice profiles approved by you. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may not be perfect and agree to review published content regularly.
7. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to use the Unity Marketing application or Service to publish content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable, infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights, violates any applicable law or regulation, contains malware or harmful code, or misrepresents your identity or affiliation.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
8. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
The Unity Marketing application integrates with third-party platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and policies. We are not responsible for changes to third-party platform APIs, policies, or availability that may affect the Service. We do not guarantee that content published through our Service will remain available on any third-party platform.
9. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance or updates may temporarily affect service availability.
10. FEES AND PAYMENT
Service fees are as agreed in your subscription or service agreement with Unity Services Marketing Ltd. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your specific agreement. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' written notice.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unity Services Marketing Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Unity Marketing application or Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unity Services Marketing Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
13. PRIVACY
Your use of the Unity Marketing application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://unitymarketing.io/privacypolicy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
14. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate the Service relationship at any time with written notice. Upon termination, we will cease all automated publishing to your connected accounts. You may revoke social media account access independently at any time.
15. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Unity Marketing application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
